Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Photo Walk 2012

Hi everyone!

This article was posted in 2012, and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has been undergoing a huge refurbishment that will end in 2019. We will post a new photo walk at that time.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is an upgraded moderate resort. At times it can be extremely busy with conventions, the Convention Center is huge! Unlike other moderate resorts, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has a nightclub, fitness center, beauty parlor, an upgraded food court and more. Resplendent fountains are found in the Casitas, and the Dig Site pool area is impressive.

I photograph all of the walks first, before timing them at my normal walking speed (about 3mph).

We’ll take a look at the foyer, registration area, and restaurants near the end of the article. For now, we are walking through the foyer and outside to the back of El Centro to start the walk. We are starting at 10:27am, and heading to the right around the beautiful lake, Lago Dorado. The Laguna Bar is here along the lake, but wasn’t yet open.

 

 

We are passing by La Marina, which has bike and boat rentals:

 

 

We are walking towards a bridge that will be on the left hand side.

We are heading toward the Dig Site:

 

 

The bus station is to the right (the first photo shows guests heading that way), but we are now heading left on the bridge at 10:29.
