Epcot Food & Wine Festival 20 Year Commemorative Annual Passholder Port Wine Glass: How to Pick Yours Up
Hi everyone!
Yesterday we each picked up our Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2015 commemorative Walt Disney World Annual Passholder port wine glass. It takes 3 visits to Epcot during the Festival to earn a glass, and each visit includes standing in line (at least it has for us so far). While supplies last, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can build up a collection of glasses – one every 3 visits. If you are visiting during the Epcot Food & Wine Festival and have a Walt Disney World Annual Pass, the glass is a nice perk. Here is how to get it (with photos of the glass).

The first stop in obtaining a glass is visiting Innoventions East and having your 2015 Festival Passport stamped for the first time. It will make it much quicker to have your Festival Passport, Walt Disney World Annual Pass and photo ID in hand, you will need all of those. The passport stamping hours are officially from 11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., but the time has been extended every day we’ve visited. We picked up our glasses at just after 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. If the line is shorter through the Festival, it is very possible the hours will be as posted. We only waited 5-7 minutes each time, though the line was pretty long by noon on Sunday.
Mickey is stamped in the book each of the first two days. I received the first stamp on Friday, the second stamp on Saturday, and then picked up the glass on Sunday.
The port wine glass is nicely etched, not a sticker on a glass. It is just taller than the Festival Passport.
Here is a closer look at the etching.
This was the line yesterday (Sunday) around noon, there were also a couple of switchbacks. Receiving the stamps and the glass is a very organized process, Disney did a terrific job with it. I personally would expect the lines to get shorter after this, I know we aren’t planning to go to the Festival every day to pick up more stamps and glasses. We made sure to get our first glass, but we aren’t running back every day for more. It will take 2-3 weeks for us at this point to receive another.
Hopefully Disney will have plenty of glasses for the remainder of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival! It is always nice to receive a little something extra for being a Walt Disney World Passholder.
The Epcot Food & Wine Festival ends on November 16th, 2015. We will be posting more articles this week.
