Minnie Mouse Meet & Greet Moves to Epcot World Showcase Gazebo (Photos)

Hi everyone!

Minnie Mouse is now meeting in Epcot at the World Showcase entrance gazebo near the Odyssey Pavilion. We stopped by Sunday (January 5th, 2020), her first day in the new location. With the Character Spot in Innoventions West closing, there were a number of character changes. Joy and Mickey are now at the Imagination Pavilion (Sadness and Baymax no longer meet). Goofy is outside near Innoventions West and Daisy was moved from where Minnie now is to outside the temporary MouseGear location. Here are a few photos and some information from Sunday!

We had been told that the Minnie Mouse meet and greet was drawing long lines that morning (Minnie is always very popular), but I walked over to see nobody at the gazebo except a Cast Member. The times were not on the sign, it just says that Minnie is meeting intermittently. It turned out when I stopped at 12:20 pm that Minnie was starting 10 minutes later, so I was first in line. And there was very little line until Minnie showed up.

Minnie soon arrived in her traditional polka dot dress.

At this point, the line was growing large and was very long by the time we left.

There are a LOT of changes happening at Epcot as it is in the middle of a massive transformation. Check the schedule upon arrival (or before arrival) to find out where your favorite characters are and what has been moved since your last visit.
