We’ve posted previously about the “I Love Christmas Movies” pop-up that will be the signature attraction for Christmas at Gaylord Palms in 2020. ICE! is not running this year, but there is a full slate of holiday fun in store at the resort at the event that kicks off November 13th. We also have a code to share! There will be 2 million Christmas lights across the property. We have been covering Christmas at Gaylord Palms for many years and I look forward to 2020 as well. Keep reading for more of what you can experience this year! Some experiences are included with your visit (like Cirque Dreams Unwrapped), many others do require separate tickets.

25-minute Christmas dream presented with the Broadway style and inventive theatrics for which Cirque Dreams is renowned. Complimentary seats are first come, first served.
Snow Flow Mountain:

Slide down Snow Flow Mountain, where the factory conveyor belts have frozen solid! With six REAL ice slides, you can race to the bottom on the speed slide or brave the unique “ice coaster” plummet.
Snowball Build & Blast:
Jump on the assembly line for real snowball-making! Toss the ball at the switches to help power up the snow plaza. Work as fast as you can to toss as many as you can make.

This high energy, celebratory spectacle brings the fun of decorating the tree to life through thousands of dancing lights!
Mrs. Claus’ Christmas Traditions:
Join the jolliest hostess of all for a fun-filled celebration of Christmas traditions old and new. Delight in the retelling of the Christmas classic, ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas, and sing along to favorite holiday songs.
Elf Training Academy:
Enter the Alpine Workshop and become one of Santa’s helpers in an all-new interactive experience! A toy-maker elf will lead the young and young-at-heart to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake or gift for someone special.
Gingerbread Decorating Corner:
This fun and interactive decorating tradition just got a whole lot sweeter! Choose from different design options to create either delectable holiday-themed gingerbread cookies or a complete gingerbread house. After you’ve decorated to your heart’s content, make your way to Nutmeg, the gingerbread man, for a heartwarming photo opp.
The Greatest Story:
“This multicultural celebration of the Christ story will take you on an unforgettable musical journey, bringing The Greatest Story to life like you’ve never seen before. Six storytellers come together from around the globe to share this story of faith, hope and joy to the world. Complimentary open seating. Seats are first-come, first served. Purchasing guaranteed seats is an option to guests who want to ensure seating for a specific date/time.

Feast with the Grinch Character Breakfast:

For those who want to know about social distancing measures and how it will work with “I Love Christmas Movies, Gaylord Palms has a
FAQ. It also talks about face coverings (masks), which are required indoors.
We have reduced the number of tickets sold per timeslot in order to ensure crowd management in accordance with local and regional guidance. In addition, the resort and all attractions have signage, markers and trained staff to promote physical distancing throughout the experience. For the I Love Christmas Movies experience, there is a production assistant assigned to your group (maximum 2 groups per assistant) to guide you through the attraction and ensure social distancing and flow. Please note that it is very important that ticketholders for I Love Christmas Movies are not late for their selected time slot. Capacity limits for each timeslot are strictly enforced to ensure social distancing.
