(Photos) Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC Tower Construction Update from March 3rd, 2024
Hi everyone!
It has been over two months since our last update on the Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. We were in the area yesterday (for Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort’s Easter egg display) and have photos to share of the DVC tower from various angles. The tower is supposed to open sometime later this year.
Here are our photos of the Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort from yesterday!
My first photos are from when we were driving past on Floridian Way.
A lot has changed with the tower since our last update, including more painting and windows.
One last look from Floridian Way before heading to Seven Seas Lagoon:
There is still a lot of unpainted areas on the tower from this side.
Here is a look at the DVC tower with Disney’s Grand Floridian Wedding Pavilion in the foreground.
The Disney Vacation Club Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is projected to add more rooms, new recreation offerings and dining options.
Painting has been going on at this side for over 2 months.
The circular frame has been filled in some since December. Looking closer at the concept art, it looks it could be a restaurant or bar? I am sure others have already speculated.
I cropped the original concept art from Disney.
Here it is from another angle.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC Tower does indeed tower over the current buildings of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
There is a covering that was not there in December, like a canopy. It can be seen in the concept art.
Here is a look at the concept art for the DVC Tower.
Here are more photos from Seven Seas Lagoon before we hop on the monorail.

We already had a look at this side from Floridian Way, but a bit further away.
What do you think of how the Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is coming along?
