Video: Disneyland Paris Shares a First Look inside Rosalie Brasserie, Opening Friday at Disney Village
Hi everyone!
Disneyland Paris has shared a first look video inside Rosalie Brasserie, a table service restaurant (with a counter option) opening this month in Disney Village. The scheduled opening date has been revealed as December 8th, but that has not been announced by Disney. What is a little different than what we were told before is that the restaurant is 369 seats on two floors, not 500 (I don’t know if outdoor seating will stretch that to 500).
We also find out a bit about some dishes that will be served, which I post about below the video. I also share a few screen caps of the restaurant and concept art.
From Disney about Brasserie Rosalie:
BRASSERIE Rosalie, a new French brasserie managed by Group Bertrand, will soon welcome Disney Village guests, offering them a unique dining experience inspired by the great classics of traditional French cuisine.
This new concept also marks the first step in Disney Village’s overall transformation, aimed at surprising and delighting our guests with renewed and updated experiences. Get a sneak preview of this new restaurant, which will open this December at the heart of Disneyland Paris.
A few dishes are mentioned in the video. Onion soup; avocado and shrimp cocktail; a “knife sausage” (I am not sure what that is) and then île flottante or a chocolate profiterole for dessert. The full menu should be revealed very soon!
Disneyland Paris has said previously that in addition to table service, a counter will feature French bakery-inspired options to take away like sandwiches, salads and pastries. A screen capture I took from the video shows the sign for the counter area, “Le Comptoir”.
I can’t wait for the full menu to be revealed! I have mentioned that Jeff and I are scheduled to be at Disneyland Paris in mid-January and Rosalie is a restaurant that I look forward to trying.
