(Photos, Video) Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses at EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays
Hi everyone!
Living with the Land has been celebrating the holidays for many years, making it official in 2019 with Living with the Land: Merry and Bright Nights and then becoming Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses last year as part of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
We rode Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses yesterday and have photos and video to share of the attraction during the day. It is totally different at night and I will show that in a future article.
First, here is our video.
Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses features decor and lights among the greenhouses.
This signage changes during the holidays now. Look for the symbols in the greenhouses!
Lights an be seen in the tunnel.
We rode in the morning, it was overcast outside and that extended into the attraction (which allowed for the lights to be seen some).
The snowman/sandman family are back, it looks like they went skiing.
Decorative holiday ornaments feature the The Land symbol.
Garland at the base includes fruit.
This icon looks like it lights up/glows in the dark.
We are heading into the fish farm location.
It is always rather dark in here, so the holiday lights can be seen at any time of day.
Mickey’s head is lit up and presents surround it.
We are heading back out into the next greenhouse.
A sign says, “Celebrate crops important to holiday traditions around the world in our Glimmering Greenhouses”.
A tree becomes a reindeer.
Some holiday stockings hold oranges.
This display features “Land Coffee Co.” bags that feature the date EPCOT opened on the bottom, as well as presents.
This decorative icon is from the sign of symbols I showed earlier.
Another ornament is on the left side.
This wreath features peppers.
Lettuce is being grown with a Mickey head in the middle.
A different Mickey head is on the other side, and a new “100” for Disney100 is growing in.
Another display is ahead.
The cookie icon is one of the symbols from earlier as well.
Mint has a spice symbol.
We are heading to the end of the greenhouse tour, with a few more photos.
Fish are on the package here, next to “Integrated Aquaculture”.
Stockings are hung at the Biotechnology Lab.
Delores is on one of the stockings.
And there is more decor.
A cozy scene includes presents and a throw.
Cookies and a drink sit next to the seat.
Lights illuminate the last tunnel.
Living with the Land is one of my favorite attractions at EPCOT, and especially during the holidays. I love the decor and lighting added.
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays ends on December 30th, so there is just over a month to enjoy this festive holiday overlay to Living with the Land.
