Magic Kingdom Fantasyland & Halloween Update, Including Toontown From September 8, 2010
Hi everyone!
We had a great day yesterday, spending part of it at the Magic Kingdom to get photos and then headed to DHS for the D23 Star Tours Final Flight. (we did the Last Tour to Endor several weeks ago and have full photos and video!) Star Tours is now, really officially closed.
The Magic Kingdom was so uncrowded, we decided to ride on Space Mountain – 3 times with no wait (we have photos and video from the first day of the new music as well!). I love September in Florida! Disney’s Hollywood Studios was also empty, we rode Star Tours several times before the park closed.
I already have 200 photos of the Magic Kingdom decorated for Halloween, but more have been added. Mickey’s Not So Scary Party signs are now at the front, along with the yearly pumpkins at the front of the Main Street Railroad Station. Mickey’s Toontown Fair is also decorated! We really thought that last year would be our last to see Toontown Fair during the holidays, so it’s nice that it’s still open to enjoy.
Here are photos of the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party signs and the decorations in front of the train station:

On the way to Toontown Fair to get Halloween photos, we stopped at Fantasyland and rode Dumbo twice – once for video, once for photos. Before riding, I took a photo of Dumbo reflecting in another Dumbo.
