New Menu for Silver Spur Steakhouse Revealed, Restaurant Reopens September 14th at Disneyland Paris

The Silver Spur Steakhouse restaurant will reopen its doors tomorrow after a 2-month refurbishment (Thursday September 14th, 2023). A new menu has been revealed! Not everything is new, but some items have changed.

Here is a look at the menu, starting with the front and back in the first photo (with drinks, including beer and wine).

Here is a look at the starters, main courses and desserts, along with the Child’s menu. Sheriff’s is spelled wrong, but hopefully they fix it for the final version.

Some of the changes from the previous menu:

The addition of the Fromage Frais with Herbs, Apples and Cranberries, Squash Chutney, Parmesan Crumble and Pecan Nuts, Dried Pastrami. Gone is the Prawns Cocktail.

New is the Flame-Grilled Scotch Sirloin Steak with Smoked Peppercorn Sauce with Grilled Corn, Herby Roast Potatoes and Mangetout with Red Onion. That takes the place of the Flame-Grilled Beef Flank Steak.

There is also a Flame-Grilled Steak Skewers with Grilled Corn, Herby Roast Potatoes and Mangetout with Red Onion. Gone is the Smoked BBQ Ribs.

One thing I will miss is the Taste Sensation Celebration, it has been one of my favorite desserts recently at Disneyland Paris. There is now a Woody’s Sweet Sensation – Popcorn Flavored Cream Puffs.

There are some other changes as well. We are looking forward to trying the new menu soon!
