3/9/10 – Epcot Flower and Garden Festival – Part II, World Showcase

Hi everyone –

This is the second of two parts, the first containing about 350 photos of The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival at Future World is here!

It took me a couple of days to finally get the photos I wanted at World Showcase, I even trimmed them down more than I'd like to keep it at only about 250 pictures. 🙂 These photos also include Garden Town and a few more of Future World. Each time I stop at the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, something new has been added!

We also have a number of videos that we took at the Festival, you can find those at JeffLangeDVD.com (he has a lot of great, vintage Epcot fan DVD's !) – the latest one we have on YouTube is of the Snow White topiary display.  Our joint YouTube channel has over 350 subscribers now!

I had a few photos in the first part of American Gothic Mickey and Minnie (and as someone made in the comments, the spectacles have drawn many comparisons to Harry Potter!)  Beyond Mickey and Minnie, all three display areas are growing a variety of vegetables and fruits, many of which have sign's that include character names (such as "Lilo's Lettuce"). 

 

 

In Mexico, they have a small area that they call "Beautiful Bromeliads".  It's interesting to note that in China there is a Bromeliad Dragon:
