2/7 Epcot and Magic Kingdom Update

Hi everyone!

I've been sick for much of this past week, so I stayed away from the parks until yesterday (this is going to be a big week at Walt Disney World and Daytona, so I really needed to rest).  Jeff Lange from JeffLangeDVD.com also took photos and a couple of video clips for me on Friday, which I really appreciate!  I also received one anonymous photo from behind the walls at what used to be the Cantina De San Angel in Mexico.

There is a new "Smarter Planet" exhibit in Innoventions West.  I have not yet played the Runtime game, I've read that it has been in place for between 6 months and a year, but was part of a grand opening in the past couple of weeks that IBM just had for this otherwise newer exhibit. 

 

 

 

Jeff as part of the game, which creates an avatar of the player (it looks like a small photo) and the player has to run, jump, and do a victory dance that is integrated into the game.  I was able to play the game at home with Jeffs avatar (which was emailed from Epcot).  I didn't feel up to running or jumping yesterday, but I will try it once I am. 🙂  He does have a short video clip of the process here!
