Tickets are still available for a Paddlefish Restaurant Wine Dinner on March 6th, 2023. Planeta Italian wine will be served with five unique courses. Paddlefish is located at the Disney Springs Marketplace in Walt Disney World.

Join Executive Chef Steven Richard and Paddlefish Restaurant on March 6th for a specialty Wine Dinner with Planeta Italian Wines presented by Pierl Gaeta with Taub Family Selections. Priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), five unique courses will be offered and paired with top wine selections. Menu follows.

1st Course: Tuna Crudo – Caponata paired with Brut “Metodo Classico” Planeta

2nd Course: Lobster Soup – Sweet Corn paired with Chardonnay, Planeta

3rd Course: Paccheri – Duck Confit, San Marzano Tomato paired with Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Planeta

4th Course: Braised Veal – Bone Marrow, Parsnip, Exotic Mushroom paired with Santa Cecilia, Planeta

Dessert: Mely’s Trio – Lemon Tart, Chocolate Mousse, Goat Cheese Panna Cotta paired with Passito di Noto, Planeta
