Disney 100 Years of Wonder Mickey and Friends Cavalcade Debuts at Disneyland (Photos, Video)
Hi everyone!
The Disney100 Years of Wonder Mickey and Friends Cavalcade debuted at Disneyland yesterday as part of the Disney100 Celebration kickoff. The cavalcade features Mickey, Minnie and VIP friends in their Disney100 costumes, along with performers and more popular Disney characters holding platinum flags. The Disney 100 Years of Wonder Mickey and Friends Cavalcade ran opposite of what is usual for the Mickey and Friends Cavalcade, running from ‘it’s a small world’ mall to Town Square.
Here is our video with two angles, and then photos from yesterday!
I took my photos while recording the Disney 100 Years of Wonder Mickey and Friends Cavalcade. I expect to photograph it with my better camera in the next few days and will share those as well. I didn’t realize at the time I chose my spot that I’d have a great Matterhorn view, including the Disney100 monorail gliding by!
Performers have new costumes for the cavalcade and there is a new song.
The performers wear platinum jackets. Platinum and purple are the main colors for the celebration.
Characters in the Disney 100 Years of Wonder Mickey and Friends Cavalcade include Moana, Aladdin, Genie, Peter Pan and more!

Gepetto and Alice are also in the cavalcade.
Mad Hatter, Peter Pan and Wendy hold flags.
Wendy turns to Captain Hook.
Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy and Chip & Dale wear their festive Disney100 costumes! The Disney100 monorail glides by in the background.
Mickey and friends can be seen on the monorail and in the cavalcade.
Chip and Dale are on the platform with Mickey and Minnie.
In the app, the name of the cavalcade still says “Mickey and Friends Cavalcade” and it is only showing one time instead of two, at least currently.
It is always fun to see the Mickey and Friends Cavalcade, and especially with seasonal and celebration additions like the Disney100 Years of Wonder.
