Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Brews Coming This Winter to Epcot – Menu Information Released by Disney

Back in June, Disney announced that Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue would replace the longtime Liberty Inn location in World Showcase. Regal Eagle Smokehouse will be a new quick service restaurant that features barbecue favorites as well as craft beer, cider and craft cocktails. The restaurant will open this winter! Disney shared images and menu information for what sounds like a delicious addition to the America pavilion.

There will be a variety of sandwiches, platters and a plant-based option. Menu items include a sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich with house-made spicy mop sauce on garlic toast and also a South Carolina smoked sausage sandwich with tangy mustard sauce and carmelized onions.

That isn’t all – there will be Kansas City smoked chicken, Memphis dry-rub pork ribs, North Carolina chopped smoked pork butt, all available by themselves or as part of a platter. I think I will often go for the Power Greens Salad with chilled pulled chicken, fresh citrus, and a citrus vinaigrette. For something more hearty, there will be a grilled burger topped with BBQ pork and a fried onion ring – and the plant-based BBQ burger featuring a plant-based patty topped with BBQ jackfruit served on vegan garlic toast will be popular.

Sauces include a spicy mop sauce, sweet BBQ, tangy mustard, and a vinegar-based sauce. I think it will be hard to choose side items with a number of solid options – french fries, beer-battered onion rings, mac and cheese, baked beans with burnt ends, house-made pickles, and creamy slaw. 

Disney says, Kids can enjoy their own fun-sized bites including a burger, BBQ chicken salad, BBQ chicken leg or chicken salad, and even a BBQ rib platter, all served with their choice of two sides.

Desserts include banana pudding or a s’mores brownie as well as a cup of fresh watermelon garnished with torn mint.

Beer and cider from around the country will be available, along with wines from the west coast and specialty regional cocktails with and without alcohol (and of course, Coke products). And there will be an outdoor bar pouring craft brews on draft with an outdoor seating area. Drink options also will include a Tennessee Lemonade Cocktail or a non-alcoholic Berry Sparkler.
