Disneyland Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Merchandise Will Be Sold Outside the Land (Arrive Early Opening Day!)

Hi everyone!

It is hard to believe that Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens next week at Disneyland! We are looking forward to being inside the land on opening day and sharing it with everyone. Remember that guests need a reservation to get into the land (along with theme park admission!) from May 31st – June 23rd, 2019 and then after that, you can just enter based on capacity. The only way to secure a reservation through June 23rd right now is to stay at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels and of this writing, there IS availability for the opening nights. But even if you aren’t actually going into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that day, you can buy a wide variety of merchandise. Parking at Disneyland opens up at midnight for opening day and you can line up at 2:00 a.m. for merchandise! I will still be asleep. 🙂 Here is more information.

Without visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, it seems you can purchase almost anything you’d want – including Limited Edition, Limited Release, Annual Passport pins, etc. – at the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland.

From Disney, on where to find items that celebrate Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge:

“You can find these items at the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, and Pooh Corner in Disneyland park; Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure park; World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District; and shops at the Disneyland Hotel. Be sure to grab these items as they cannot be found on the planet Batuu.

If you’re looking for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Opening Day dated merchandise, including AP items, Disneyland park is your destination, only while supplies last. For the best selection, visit the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, or Pooh Corner.

Annual Passholders: Additional AP items can be found at the Emporium, the upper level of Star Wars Launch Bay, Star Trader, and Pooh Corner in Disneyland park; Elias & Co. and Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure park; World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District; and shops at the Disneyland Hotel.”

Line ups for merchandise start no earlier than 2 a.m. on May 31; parking opens at midnight. All merchandise is subject to availability, while supplies last.
