Celebrate Mother’s Day at Disney Springs Restaurants Morimoto Asia, Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway and The Edison

This Mother’s Day, several restaurants at Disney Springs – Morimoto Asia, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar and The Edison are hosting Sunday brunch! Personally, I can recommend the brunch at Maria & Enzo’s because we’ve done it – and brunch is fantastic! But each restaurant has its own flavor (and flavors!) and you can’t go wrong no matter which you choose. More information is below about each.

Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante

Maria & Enzo’s offers a signature Mother’s Day Brunch filled with a feast-worthy spread of classic Italian dishes and fan favorites including its Brioche French Toast live-action carving station – and for dessert – a chocolate fountain where guests can drizzle a variety of decadent items in liquid chocolate sauce.  Mother’s Day Brunch is $45 per adult and $20 per child from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.  For reservations, visit mariaandenzos.com or call 407-560-8466. 

 

Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar

Enzo’s Hideaway and Tunnel Bar’s Roman-Style offerings begin at 10:30 a.m., where guests can feast on savory or sweet gourmet dishes including a Spicy Italian Breakfast Skillet (spicy Italian sausage, pancetta, potatoes, red peppers, tomatoes, fontina, Calabrian pepperoncini), Nutella French Toast (brioche bread, fresh berries, vanilla mascarpone, whipped cream, maple syrup), and an Eggenzo Sandwich (toasted brioche bun, fried egg, porchetta, fontina cheese, salsa verde). The Edison

The Edison’s kicks-off Mother’s Day at 10:30 am with a curated selection ofà la carte specials including a Spicy Chorizo Frittata (spicy chorizo, roasted shallots, tomato, cheddar cheese, chive sour cream, hash brown potatoes), the Edison Egg Burger (brioche bun, bacon, egg, avocado, Edison spicy sauce, hash brown potatoes), and The Breakfast Taco (corn tortillas, scrambled eggs, Cajun chicken, chorizo, fresh avocado, pico de gallo).  The regular lunch menu will also be available. Morimoto Asia

Make your reservations today at Morimoto Asia and pre-order a Japanese Cheesecake Soufflé for a sweet treat in honor of Mother’s Day. The limited time offering features orange blossom honey gelato and locally sourced strawberries fresh from Plant City.
