Knott’s Peanuts Celebration Overview at Knott’s Berry Farm

Hi everyone!

Knott’s Berry Farm added two extra weekends to the 2019 Knott’s Peanuts Celebration and our reporter was there to cover this popular event for us! Knott’s Peanuts Celebration is being held from January 26th through March 10th plus President’s Day, February 18th – AND, newly announced, Monday February 11th and Friday February 15th have also been added.

Knott’s Peanuts Celebration is a fun celebration for any who enjoys the Peanuts characters. There are meet and greets, photo opportunities, shows and more. New this year is the Space Beagle show which is very cute and can be found in the Camp Snoopy Theater. Snoopy becomes the first dog on the moon!

There is also a Peanuts Sketch School, where guests can learn how to draw a Peanuts character.

Pig Pen again meets guests at the Livery Stables in Ghost Town with some of his animal friends.

There are a lot of interactive elements to the Knott’s Peanuts Festival, including the Peanuts Cowboy Jamboree at Calico Park. Franklin and Linus are on a “Western escapade as they turn into cowboys”. They are looking to challenge guests with a variety of games in Calico!

Sally and Schroeder are on the Calico Mine Stage for a retrospect of music in The Music Goes Round and Round – we have a few seconds of the in the highlight video below, which also shows some of the characters meeting, a few special food options and more.

The Calico Mine Stage is also the setting for an evening show called Woodstock’s Music Festival. The Peanuts characters are joined by the “family friendly indie band” The Jelly of the Month Club performing a rock concert geared toward families.

There is a nice variety of merchandise including hats and shirts. Knott’s sells Peanuts merchandise year round, but there is some specially made for the Festival as well.

This is just some of what you’ll find at the Knott’s Peanuts Festival – plus everything else that is part of a Knott’s Berry Farm day.

I recommend picking up a season pass and enjoying Knott’s Berry Farm all year long. The pass prices are very reasonable and allow entry to the various seasonal events including the Knott’s Peanuts Festival and the the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival. There is plenty of entertainment throughout the year, I am looking forward to visiting Knott’s Berry Farm again in late spring!
