Morimoto Asia to Host First Annual “12 Beers of Christmas” in Disney Springs on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018

A new event is taking place at Morimoto Asia called the “12 Beers of Christmas” on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 11:30am to 3:30pm! Hosted by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, this event will include holiday themed beers from local breweries along with pairings of Pan-Asian bites. Chef Morimoto will also be autographing his cookbook “Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking”, which guests can purchase at the restaurant. All proceeds from the cookbook sales will be donated to Give Kids the World. It’s such a great organization to donate to! And the $55.00 event price (plus tax and gratuity) seems really reasonable for beers and bites, with it being hosted by Chef Morimoto. Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will host the first annual “12 Beers of Christmas” at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs on Sunday, December 2. The event will feature multiple stations of holiday-themed beers from local breweries including Crooked Can Brewing Company, Rogue Ales, Coppertail Brewing Company, Red Light Red Light, Bowigens, Cask & Larder, Red Cypress, 3 Daughters, Baird Brewing, Hourglass Brewing, Motorworks Brewing, and Orange County Brewery. Enjoy pairings of Pan-Asian bites at each station, while taking in the beautiful backdrop of the restaurants award-winning dining room. Pairing’s include Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, Yakisoba, Yakitori, Gyoza, various Dim Sum, raw bar varieties,and multiple types of ramen and sushi.

Chef Morimoto will personally host the event and be on hand to autograph his newest cookbook, “Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking,” which will be available for purchase. One hundred percent of proceeds from the cookbook sales will be donated to Give Kids The Village.
