Pandora – The World of Avatar Comes to Life at Orlando Museum of Art on August 3rd, 2017 with Joe Rohde

The Orlando Museum of Art will be hosting on Thursday, August 3rd a special evening showcasing Pandora – The World of Avatar that is located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. There will be two presentations featuring Joe Rohde, as well as entertainment and select items from Satu’li Canteen from Pandora – The World of Avatar as part of the event. General admission is $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for children 4-17. It’s a very reasonable price for what is included. See below for more information, and click here to purchase tickets.
ORLANDO, July 27, 2017 – On Aug. 3, from 6–9 p.m., for the first time ever at the Orlando Museum of Art, guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in art, music and food inspired by Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort. The evening will feature a presentation by Joe Rohde, portfolio creative executive, Walt Disney Imagineering, as he shares the important role that art, and the intellect behind it, plays in bringing a Disney Theme Park from concept to reality. Guests can also enjoy live entertainment and complimentary food and treats inspired by Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, including select items from Satu’li Canteen inside Pandora – The World of Avatar. Visitors can also cast their vote on a People’s Choice Award for their favorite work of art in the 1st Thursdays exhibition. Wine and beer cash bars will also be available.

Parking is free at the Orlando Loch Haven Cultural Park and overflow parking is available for $5 per vehicle at the Orlando Science Center parking garage.
