Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Cooks Up Fun During the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival (Scavenger Hunt Review)
Hi everyone!
We are working on a series of articles about the 2015 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Yesterday we posted about how to get the complimentary Annual Passholder souvenir glass (for every 3 visits), and today we are hitting World Showcase for the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak game! We are trying to avoid any real spoilers, though our video is full of them if you want to see where Remy is hiding in each country.

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival began this past weekend and runs through November 16th. There is a lot to see and do – and the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Game is not only fun, but a bargain at just $7.95 plus tax (which includes a map, stickers and a pin prize!)
Maps are available at Disney Traders, Pin Central, the Festival Center, World Traveler at International Gateway and Port of Entry. We purchased ours at Pin Central, but I don’t recommend that unless there isn’t a line at all. It can take a while for those purchasing pins to peruse limited edition pins, and we waited in line almost 15 minutes (there were only 3 guests or so in line in front of us). I recommend purchasing at Port of Entry, World Traveler or Disney Traders.
The signage is really cute!
Disney Traders used to be the Duffy store for a while, but now sells mostly Star Wars and Marvel merchandise.
This is the map and stickers that guests receive at purchase. There are 12 countries listed, and 12 ingredients for making Ratatouille on the stickers. We had just watched the movie Ratatouille the night before, and it actually made it even more fun.
Stickers include olive oil, garlic, herbs, eggplant and more.
It was a very hot, but beautiful day to be looking for Remy.
Before we show more photos, here is our spoiler-ridden video if you don’t plan to play. We also had one viewer who said they didn’t find them all at Epcot, so it helped them finish the map. Whether you play or not, or whether you finish the map or not, if you pay $7.95 for the map, you are entitled to choose a pin.
Remy needs tomatoes for ratatouille.
And of course, salt and pepper!
Those are just a few of the Remy figures that guests can look for. Once guests are finished, it is time to redeem the map at Port of Entry. Again, guests can redeem even if they don’t play at all. We redeemed one that we played and several that we didn’t (we wanted more than one pin).
Here is what it says on the map.
Each map receives a Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak “Complete” stamp. It looks like a passport stamp.
There are photo frames behind the Port of Entry register showing the different pins that can be chosen – one per map. Guests do get to choose the pin/s they want.
Here is our map (of the 4 we purchased), and the pins we chose. It was too hard to choose just one.
Here is Remy and a salt shaker.

Remy and garlic.
This is my favorite pin, Remy with olive oil.
Here is Jeff with the map and his favorite pin.
