Easter Sunday Brunches Announced with Family Friendly Entertainment at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel & Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando

Easter Sunday brunch will be available at all three deluxe on-site Universal Orlando resorts! The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel sounds the most grand and most fun – with Universal Orlando characters greeting guests, in addition to entrees like New York strip and grilled salmon.  But the other resorts sound great too, with the Hard Rock Hotel brunch in The Kitchen restaurant being the least expensive of the three. ORLANDO, FL – (April 11, 2014) – Chefs at the deluxe on-site hotels at Universal Orlando Resort are creating Easter Sunday brunch experiences, with family-friendly entertainment and menus to please the palate.
 
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando offers a brunch buffet, along with Universal Orlando characters, strolling musician, face painter, balloon artist and a children’s activity table. Trattoria del Porto will be serving an all-you-can eat brunch from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm offering New York strip, grilled salmon, pork loin, pan-seared ocean bass, omelet station, pasta station, special children’s items, chilled seafood, salads and an array of desserts.
Adults: $64 | Children ages 3 – 9: $22 (under 3 complimentary)

Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando offers a tropical paradise setting for Easter Sunday. Islands Dining Room will offer brunch from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm featuring roasted leg of lamb, stuffed chicken breast, pork loin, Port Canaveral red snapper, seafood raw bar, sushi station, stir fry station, omelet and waffle station, plus a delectable selection of breads, pastries, cakes, pies and tortes. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, face painter and balloon artist.

Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando will cue up an Easter brunch with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll attitude in The Kitchen restaurant from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The hits will include prime rib, leg of lamb, glazed country ham, pan-seared salmon, omelet and eggs benedict station, kid-friendly items, plus desserts. Entertainment will include the Easter bunny and a kid’s only pancake and cupcake decorating station.
