2/19 Epcot Photo Update as Flower & Garden Festival Draws Closer; Coldest Weather of Season
Hi everyone!
It was a chilly but gorgeous day at Epcot, with topiaries for the upcoming Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival being added around World Showcase. I think the cold weather has slowed their progress, but this weekend will be warmer. The flower quilts were mostly covered to protect them from the weather for our cold snap. Here is a look at today, including some characters (Belle was dressed in her winter outfit!)

This is our 9th year covering the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival. You can see photos from last year here, along with links to the previous 7 years. The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival will be held March 4th to May 17th, 2015. If you need tips for the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival, we will post one after the Festival starts.
The Mickey Mouse floral behind Spaceship Earth was covered today.
Heading to the flower quilt, at least half of it was covered for the weather.
Merchandise booths are set up for the Festival.
There are flowers across property in Mardi Gras colors, it seems they do well in the cold weather.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs topiaries are back again this year, in the same location. I still remember seeing Snow White’s new face for the first time last year – she used to have no face at all.

Tick Tock Croc’s eyes look different this year, sort of like he’s not had much sleep (or had too much to drink at the Rose and Crown).
