“The World’s Most Magical Celebration” Signage Revealed in Front of Main Street Train Station

Hi everyone!

The World’s Most Magical Celebration” is just weeks away now as Walt Disney World turns 50 years old on October 1st, 2021. Today, signage went up in front of the Main Street Train Station celebrating the half-century milestone. We expect to have an article in a few weeks sharing a variety of different signs that have marked anniversaries through the years. Also, the Citizen clock is now gold on Main Street. Here are photos and video from today!

Here is our video:

The EARidescent colors that mark the celebration are also part of the sign.

The sign is behind the floral Mickey and in front of the Main Street Train Station. The trains are not yet running after a few years closed.

Here is a look from the side.

The “50” is in the font we see on banners and Cinderella Castle.

Inside the Magic Kingdom, the Citizen clock is gold and has a “50” on top of it.

There are also two small banners.

Here is a look at the “50”.

Citizen is mentioned on the banners as well.

Walt and Mickey are surrounded by pink flowers at the hub.

We rode “it’s a small world” today, which now has signage for the upcoming Lightning Lane.

The flowers outside the Magic Kingdom made for pretty photos, including with the monorail in the background.

And also looking in.

We haven’t shown the banners yet, they are outside of the Magic Kingdom and sparkle.

The World’s Most Magical Celebration” kicks off on October 1st, 2021 and will last for 18 months. It is exciting to see Walt Disney World reach this milestone – Jeff has been visiting each year since 1971, myself since 1977 so we have a lot of history with the parks.
