MouseSteps Weekly #120 – Disneyland Paris Halloween Overview Including Decorations, Characters

Hi everyone!

We spent 2 weeks in London and Paris, with more than half of our trip spent at Disneyland Paris. We LOVED Halloween there! In Mousesteps Weekly #120, we talk all about Halloween at Disneyland Paris, including the villains meet & greet and Mickey’s Halloween Celebration cavalcade. Our show today is an overview of Halloween at Disneyland Paris, including:

Decorations on Main Street and in the hub and Town Square. We really enjoy all the pumpkins, ghosts and other decor that bring Halloween to the park! We took a ride on the omnibus one morning, giving a unique view of Sleeping Beauty Castle and the pumpkins on the Main Street buildings.

We take a look at The Maleficent Disney Villains Promenade. Maleficent menaces from a Chernabog float! Cruella De Vil, Gaston, Captain Hook, Judge Frollo and other villains greet guests before their meet & greet behind Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Mickey’s Halloween Celebration is a lighthearted, festive motorcade that features performers and Disney characters! Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck with Huey, Dewey and Louie, and the Three Little Pigs are some of the characters you will find here. The parade is as much a celebration of autumn as it is of Halloween.

Maleficent appears in back of Sleeping Beauty Castle to proclaim that the villains are taking over Halloween. She and all the villains appear among the brambles, a 3 ton structure that was created this year for the Halloween season! This is similar to the Villains Mix and Mingle that used to be at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We met The Hag, Evil Queen, Maleficent, Gaston and more!

Other Halloween character meet & greets include Minnie Mouse, Stitch, Goofy and Marie!

Frontierland also includes a lot of decorations to celebrate Halloween, including pumpkin scarecrows. Jack and Sally meet here in a display set up for them, with Phantom Manor in view.
