Review: Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy & His Pals at Four Seasons Orlando – 7/2021 (Photos, Video)
Hi everyone!
I was invited to the beautiful Four Seasons Resort Orlando today for their Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy & His Pals. We first dined at this breakfast in 2014 when it opened and it has been a popular location for guests. The character breakfast just expanded to two days per week (Thursday and Saturday) and it is a little different right now with a a prix-fixe menu including a choice of entrée along with distanced character greetings. That said, it was a great time! Here are photos, video and my review from today.
Ravello offers a buffet breakfast 5 days per week and then the two character mornings. By night, the restaurant offers delicious Italian food.
A card sat at my spot at the table, which was on a table in the outdoor terrace. There are tables indoors, tables fully outdoors and then tables in the terrace area which is mostly outside.
Here is our video and then photos!
Goofy wears a relaxed costume including a tropical shirt.
These costumes are exclusive to the Four Seasons.
Minnie wears a salmon colored dress and has fun sunglasses atop her head.
Mickey wears a costume that matches in color. He looks like he is going golfing.
The characters currently appear but they do not meet at the tables. Guests can snap photos with them from a distance, which is the way character meals are across property. Music plays occasionally and the characters danced to it.
The Ravello Character Breakfast costs $48.00 plus tax and tip for adults and $28 plus tax and tip for kids. The meal includes a bakery basket, sliced fruit and a choice of entree along with coffee and a choice of orange or grapefruit juice. There is a nice variety of breakfast entrees.
The orange juice is clearly freshly squeezed and the best juice I have had in quite some time.
Guests can also buy other juices or smoothies if desired.
The bakery basket included a variety of different items like croissants (regular and chocolate), a small baguette and some other pastries. It was a nice way to start the meal.
The fruit included watermelon, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
I ordered the Old Fashioned Belgian Waffle. It is a pretty standard Belgian waffle – large, with a side of syrup and there was a berry compote of some sort I totally forgot to try.
I photographed other entrees that were ordered at our table, including the House Smoked Salmon. This was probably the prettiest of the presentations.
Here is a look from the side.
There are several types of omelets.
The
The Cowboy Frittata includes ham, roasted pepper and black beans.
The Huevos Rancheros includes eggs any style, corn tortilla chips and avocado.
And this is the Acai Bowl, including almonds, toasted coconut and fresh berries.
I received a special character autograph card.
Reservations are required and can be made by phone +1 (407) 313-7777.
The characters move throughout the restaurant both outside and inside – we saw them a number of times through our meal.
This was a fun breakfast! We have been here a number of times since 2014 and while it isn’t exactly the same, I enjoyed it quite a lot. The Four Seasons did invite me out as part of a group, but we’ve paid for meals here previously and will again. The food and experience are always top-notch.
The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is located at 10100 Dream Tree Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32836.
