Free Disney Dining Plan Now Available For Most Dates In September, 2013

Disney released the FREE Disney Dining Plan for anyone – for the last few days it was just Disney’s Visa Cardholders – who book full priced Magic your Way Packages with check-in dates between 9/2/13 and 9/25/13. The package must be at least 3 nights in length (up to 14 nights) at a Walt Disney World resort, and requires a 2 day Base Ticket or higher ticket purchase.

Guests staying at the Disney Value Resorts will receive the Quick Service Dining Plan, although an upgrade to the regular Disney Dining Plan is available for an extra cost.

Guests staying at a Moderate, Deluxe, or Deluxe Villa resort will receive the regular Dining Plan.

This offer needs to be booked by 7/31/13. As a former Authorized Disney Travel Planner, I recommend booking as soon as possible to have the widest choices of resorts, and the widest choices of restaurants. Everyone in your party must be purchasing the same plan and tickets. A $200 deposit per room will be required.

Some room types are not available with this offer, including Fort Wilderness campsites and Little Mermaid rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

Some of my favorite restaurants on the FREE Disney Dining Plan include Wolfgang Puck Express at the Downtown Disney Marketplace (for quick service), and Boma, Tutto Italia, and Be Our Guest Restaurant for table service.
