Gideon’s Bakehouse Temporarily Closing at Disney Springs

Gideon’s Bakehouse is temporarily closing at Disney Springs for an unspecified period of time. It has been in soft opening for about a week, we wrote up a review with photos and video on December 27th. There was no notice on this. Gideon’s Bakehouse wrote on Instagram about an hour ago, “Effective this evening, Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs will be temporarily closed. Keep your eyes here for news on our reopen, and we welcome you to visit our East End Market location to satisfy your dessert cravings. Thank you!”

Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has been really popular since it opened (its grand opening will happen this year). I look forward to it reopening, the cookies and cake slices are very much worth the visit.
