Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride Dooney & Bourke Coming August 13th, 2024

Hi everyone!

Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride Dooney & Bourke is scheduled to arrive to the Disney Store on August 13th, 2024! This comes as The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad turns 75 this year (having released on October 5th, 1949). Mr. Toad can be seen in his car, with a weasel in the print of the Dooney & Bourke tote bag. I don’t know how many pieces will be part of what I assume will be a collection.

Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride was an opening day attraction at Disneyland, and used to be a favorite of mine at Walt Disney World as well (where The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is). The iconic Disneyland ride is based on the Wind in the Willows scenes from The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad.
