Universal Helios Grand Hotel at Epic Universe – Amazing Theme Park View Room (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Universal Helios Grand Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort will open with Universal Epic Universe on May 22nd – and we had a chance to tour portions of the hotel yesterday! We are being hosted (at a different hotel) to visit the park and we also spent an hour or so visiting the Universal Helios Grand Hotel. The hotel features 500 guest rooms, including 35 suites and is part of the Signature Collection.

Universal Helios Grand Hotel is a Loews hotel that features a dedicated entrance to the highly anticipated Universal Epic Universe. My favorite stop on the tour was an Epic Universe theme park view room with amazing views of Celestial Park.

The hallway to the room has carpet that reminds me of the sky.

The inside of the Universal Helios Grand Hotel has shades of blue and beige throughout.

The hotel itself says it has a “casual, elegant Mediterranean-inspired feel” throughout, which it does. But the room itself seems to blend more with the view. Here are more pictures of the room, and then the amazing view of Celestial Park!

This view from the window is incredible! And imagine it at night, with everything lit up.

Team member (employee) previews are ongoing, which is why you’ll see guests in the photos (I did hear questions about that yesterday).

I am a fan of gorgeous fountains and water features – and you just can’t beat this view.

Stardust Racers was running as well.

We will be in the park today, so I’ll have closer photos and video of much of what you see here.

Back inside the room, there are some nice lighting elements – including in the bathroom.

The room is also appointed with a coffee maker, small refrigerator and is about 325 square feet.
