Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs has announced a St. Patrick’s Day Brunch offer for Saturday, March 15th, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Wear green to Summer House’s St. Patrick’s Day Brunch on Saturday, March 15, and receive a $25 gift card for future use!
Summer House says about its brunch, Refuel and recover with savory and sweet brunch dishes to keep your weekend shenanigans going, such as the Irish-inspired Short Ribbed Hash served Summer House-style with sweet potatoes, sunny side eggs, and caramelized onions.
In addition, from Monday, March 3rd through Sunday, March 17th guests can enjoy St. Patrick’s Day-themed cookies and treats available for a limited time at The Cookie Bar. They make fantastic cookies!
