Morimoto Asia Celebrates Lunar New Year 2025 with Limited Time Dishes and Cocktail

Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is celebrating Lunar New Year with two limited-time dishes, plus a limited-time cocktail. 2025 is the Year of the Snake, and the perfectly themed Snake Eyes cocktail includes Ojo de Tigre mezcal, banana liqueur, coconut, lime juice and a half salt rim. Morimoto Asia says that the drink is the perfect accompaniment to the tempura softshell crab appetizer or the crispy Bossam-style pork belly entrée, also available for Lunar New Year.

All three are available to guests from January 20th – February 9th, 2025. Here is a look at each.
