Moana Debuts New “Moana 2” Costume at EPCOT (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Moana has debuted her new Moana 2 costume at EPCOT! We stopped by this morning to meet her. Moana 2 will officially release in U.S. theaters on November 27th, 2024. Moana is meeting in her usual location near the Moana – Journey of Water walk-through.

Moana has five meeting times today. She was to start at 9:30am, but she arrived closer to 9:40. I expect this meet will be very popular once the movie begins in theaters. Check the My Disney Experience app for times during your visit.

Moana talked a bit about Hei Hei, and not too much about her new adventures (those will be revealed with the film!) She also posed for us.

Her outfit is different in that her first costume has a red top and white skirt, where this is reversed. The print is different too.

Moana is also starting meets this week at Disney California Adventure, Disneyland Paris (the movie is titled Vaiana 2 in France), and Hong Kong Disneyland to celebrate Moana 2.
