Miguel to Appear with Mariachi Cobre at EPCOT Through October 31st, 2024 (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Miguel from “Coco” is scheduled to appear with Mariachi Cobre at EPCOT through October 31st, 2024. Originally it seemed he would appear through October 15th, but the website and My Disney Experience app say October 31st and I confirmed it with Disney.

Miguel began appearing with the original EPCOT band in Mexico on September 15th as part of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month.

Here is our video, with photos below.

Disney says on its website, From September 15 through October 31, 2024—during Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month— world-famous traditional folk musicians, Mariachi Cobre, celebrate Together We Are Magia! including a special appearance by Miguel from the Disney and Pixar film Coco.

Here are our photos!

The area that Mariachi Cobre plays in is decorated with marigolds.

Together we are Magia signs are posted.

Mariachi Cobre plays a pretty full set before Miguel appears. The band has played at EPCOT for over 40 years, since EPCOT opened. They are worth seeing all year round.

Toward the end of the set, Miguel comes out for a few minutes as “Remember Me” is played, and then for “The World Es Mi Familia”.

Miguel danced for a few minutes to the music.

After Miguel left, Mariachi Cobre finished the show. We usually listen to them as we walk around EPCOT and now I definitely plan to stop for a show much more. They are fantastic.

Mariachi Cobre as a band is over 50 years old! The band was formed in 1971 and has been at EPCOT since 1982.

This is the information from the app that says Miguel will be there through October 31st. Check the My Disney Experience app for showtimes! (This image says no showtimes because I looked at it late in the day). As I type this, there will be 7 shows coming up today.

Check out Miguel with Mariachi Cobre at EPCOT if you are in the park! And if Miguel is no longer there, stop and enjoy some wonderful music at the Mexico pavilion.
