Isabela and Luisa from “Encanto” are coming to El Zocalo Park at Disneyland for a limited time. This is where Mirabel meets regularly. You can find Luisa beginning today (September 1st) and Isabela beginning September 3rd, 2024.
I checked the app and don’t see Luisa mentioned yet, so I am not sure if she will appear with Mirabel or will alternate.
