Meeting Jack and Sally at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2024 (Photos, Video)
Hi everyone!
Jack and Sally from “The Nightmare Before Christmas” are two very popular characters to meet at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. We stopped by to meet them during the party as we always do, except this year we did not do so prior to the party start. We chose a time to visit later (and waited only 15 minutes).
Here is our video, followed by photos! Jack even shared his famous cackle with us.
When we entered the park, we checked the line for Jack and Sally at Town Square Theater. While this posted sign said 60 minutes, there was another sign indoors that showed a 2 hour+ wait.
Jack and Sally start meeting sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m (I am not sure of the exact time this year). If you are wanting to meet them prior to the official party start, I recommend arriving here as soon as you can at around 4:00 p.m. after you receive your wristband. This meet is a party exclusive!
We decided to check the line out again at about 9:15 p.m.
The line for Jack and Sally was very short. The line for Mickey was longer, but not bad.
We met Jack and Sally at about 9:30 p.m. – just 15 minutes after entering the line. I usually take photos of the themed queue, but there was no line there and we kept moving (Jeff has it in his video).
Jack and Sally are always amazing to meet! They are probably my favorite characters to meet each year.
Jack and Sally talked about Halloween costumes.
They posed for us.
Jack also gave us his famous cackle, which you can see in the video!
Like some of the other Disney characters during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Jack and Sally do not sign autographs. Guests receive a special autograph card, which makes for a nice souvenir. We have so many cards from different characters over the years.
I expect to write an article with various autograph cards after we visit a second Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this week.
We were really surprised at the short line! We then met Mickey Mouse after the fireworks. The lines were much longer, especially for Jack and Sally. The queue for them was pretty full. While many guests leave the park after Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Fireworks Spectacular, many also head into Town Square Theater to meet a favorite character (or two).
We will be posting much more from Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in the coming days, including a tips article.
