Disneyland Paris Reveals New Treats for ‘The Lion King’ 30th Anniversary
Hi everyone!
Disneyland Paris has revealed new treats for the 30th Anniversary of “The Lion King”. The resort says that the new offerings can be found until the end of August/beginning of September, subject to availability, according to its Instagram page. These are mostly sweet treats, with just one savory item – and there is mention by many guests that they’d like to have had a vegan option.
There are some fanciful treats here and hopefully they are as delicious as they look in photos from Disneyland Paris!
The Pride Rock Jubilee Cupcake can be found at Restaurant Hakuna Matata.
The Hakuna Matata Mousse Cake can be found at Walt’s – An American Restaurant. It looks super cute, with Simba, Pumbaa and Timon walking along a “log”.
There is a “King Simba” cake (which appears to be Mufasa) and a Pride Lands Party Shake that looks to have a macaron on top.
This “Pride Rock Croq” can be found at the Critter Coral, and features ham and The Laughing Cow melted cheese.
The Pawsome Delight cookie can be found at Critter Coral and Café de la Brousse.
And the Choco-Coco Lolipaw is at both of those locations as well.
What do you think about these treats?
While Disneyland Paris has said that the new items should be available until the end of August/beginning of September, the resort isn’t really known for keeping specialty treats in stock on a consistent basis. So hopefully that will be different with these items celebrating the 30th anniversary of the highest grossing Disney animated film of all time.
