(Photos, Video) Disney’s Fort Wilderness 4th of July Golf Cart Parade 2024

Hi everyone!

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground held its annual 4th of July Golf Cart Parade yesterday. An abundance of golf carts were decorated for the holiday by campsite guests, and include themes like Dumbo, Sam Eagle and Halloween. We were just at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort a few days back for a preview of the new Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort – check out our article!

We have about 15 years of Fort Wilderness Golf Cart Parade videos in our YouTube playlist. My favorite Fort Wilderness 4th of July golf cart parade included a cart full of Disney characters and even the Main Street Philharmonic back in 2018!

Here is our video from yesterday, followed by photos.

Two riders on horseback led the parade.

Some carts are driven by Cast Members, including this one for the Meadows Trading Post.

Carts included a Dumbo themed cart (one of my favorites) and an Uncle Sam cart.

The back of the Uncle Sam cart featured a lot of Mickey.

Sam Eagle rides above this cart.

There were a lot of inflatables this year, especially duck rings. But there was also a dinosaur and some Mickey inflatables.

This cart says “Mickey Mouse for President 2024”.

Minnie is also standing behind Mickey. The sign here says “Put the Mouse in the House”. Another of my favorite entries.

Carts were very well decorated, with lots of red, white and blue.

Chip, Dale and Goofy wave the flag.

Mickey in his patriotic outfit stands atop this cart.

Uncle Sam and  a pink flamingo ride another one.

Another favorite of mine – The 119 days till Halloween cart.

Guests wear patriotic “Scream” masks.

And Michael Myers is ready for Halloween, but also celebrating the Fourth of July with a flag in his hand.

We always enjoy the Fort Wilderness golf cart parades. The campsite guests work hard to show off their talent!
