Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland Paris has now closed for refurbishment, with a scheduled reopening date (according to the Disneyland Paris refurbishment calendar) of March 16th, 2024. We have photos from today of the walls around the attraction.

Jeff and I were able to ride Big Thunder Mountain with snow nearly two weeks ago and I will share that video first. This was a special experience! Our photos from today follow.

Big Thunder Mountain is one of the most popular attractions at Disneyland Paris. It is the best Big Thunder Mountain ride anywhere at a Disney park (and it isn’t close).

The last time there was a Big Thunder Mountain refurbishment at Disneyland Paris, it was last March (2023). We were here for that as well.
