Disney Electrical Sky Parade Drone Show Debuts at Disneyland Paris (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

The Disney Electrical Sky Parade drone show debuted at Disneyland Paris this evening as part of the new Disney Symphony of Colours. Inspired by the iconic Main Street Electrical Parade, the drone show features familiar images like the train; Elliot from “Pete’s Dragon”; and the the Jolly Roger from “Peter Pan” with a little extra magic – pyro on the drones!

Disney Live Entertainment partnered again with Dronisos, the technology provider for all drone shows at Disneyland Paris to create a display above anything they’ve done so far.

First, here is our video. Thanks to Rony at DLPlicious for covering the InsidEars event for us and providing the video and photos! We will have our own as well during our visit this month.

Before Disney Electrical Sky Parade started, Sleeping Beauty Castle was bathed in lights as part of Disney Symphony of Colours. The drone show is the first of a number of offerings that will be gradually added during this season to add color to the overcast winter days.

The train looks like it is going over the castle, which is really an amazing site – with smoke as well. In addition to the drones, there are projections, lasers and fountains.

One of my favorite segments features Elliot.

Cinderella’s Coach is another favorite.

One of the most impressive segments is the Jolly Roger here, with the pyro in view.

Favorite characters from the Main Street Electrical Parade surround Sleeping Beauty Castle. Alice in Wonderland can be seen projected as well as Cheshire Cat.

Two swans flank Sleeping Beauty Castle.

At the end, you can see the Disney Electrical Sky Parade logo.

I can’t wait to visit Disneyland Paris next week! There is so much to experience this month, including the Disney Electrical Sky Parade; the Disneyland Hotel reopening; and Brasserie Rosalie will be new for us since October.

Thank you again to Rony from DLPlicious for the photos and video from the event he covered for us today.
