The Edison at Disney Springs Brings Back Prime Rib through December 31st, 2023

The Edison at Disney Springs is bringing back a fan-favorite dish – just for the holidays, through the end of the year! From December 21st – 31st, 2023, guests can enjoy a delicious 14-ounce prime rib, served with black truffle creamy mash and au jus for $57.00 (plus tax and tip). This would be perfect for a holiday meal – Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve or anytime in between! The prime rib dish is just for dinner hours.

The dish pairs perfectly with The Edison’s extensive cocktail list. There is also a nice selection of beer and wine, which you can find on The Edison’s beverage menu online.

The Edison is located at The Landing section of Disney Springs.

Hours for the Edison are:

Sunday – Thursday, 11:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Friday – Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Dinner, 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
