(Photos) EPCOT CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza Construction from December 10th, 2023

Hi everyone!

With EPCOT’s World Celebration Gardens area opened, we still have CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza left to go. I was on the monorail yesterday and took some photos of what is still behind construction walls. CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza are now scheduled to open in 2024. (I also added in two photos from the ground on December 11).

Here are photos from yesterday!

CommuniCore Hall will be a “flexible exhibition and gallery space, offering a wide variety of experiences that highlight art, live music, food – complete with a demonstration kitchen – and more.” Also there will be a Mickey & Friends meet and greet location.

Some of the World Celebration Gardens can be seen to the right. The Walt the Dreamer statue is further back (out of frame) near Spaceship Earth.

Triangle shapes (reminiscent of Spaceship Earth) can be seen.

We are continuing around the construction.

CommuniCore Plaza “will have the flexibility to host intimate musical performances that extend out into the nearby gardens, as well as large-scale concerts”.

There are more triangular shapes in the building.

This is concept art for CommuniCore Hall. The photo above is really starting to look like it but there is a ways to go.
