Brasserie Rosalie Menu (Food and Beverages) for New French Restaurant at Disneyland Paris, Now Open

Hi everyone!

Brasserie Rosalie opened today in Disney Village from Groupe Bertrand, and Disneyland Paris has shared the menu with us for both food and beverages. The menu looks wonderful! We have some food and restaurant photos in a separate article.

Reservations can be made online.

Brasserie Rosalie has a lot of amazing looking seafood choices and other items as well. The 348-seat table service restaurant also has a counter, and we have the menu for that below too. Jeff loves seafood, I don’t eat it at all and there are plenty of choices for each of us. We plan to dine there in late January and will post a review then or in early February.

First, here is the Brasserie Rosalie seafood menu, along with a Lunch Menu and Kids Menu. There are items like oysters, prawns and lobster.

Hors D’Oeuvre includes Butternut Cream Soup with Chestnuts, a Parisian-Style Onion Soup Au Gratin and Label Rouge Burgundy Snails. Meats include Toulouse Pork Sausage and Braised Beef, and Fish dishes include Grilled Lobster and Mussels with Chablis. There are also cheeses and desserts. The Souffléed Vahlrona Chocolate Mousse is something I look forward to trying next month.

Rosalie has a counter called Le Comptoir, with to-go items. There are croissants and pastries, salads and sandwiches, desserts and more.

Here is the Cocktails menu for Brasserie Rosalie. There are some wonderful options here as well.

There are Champagnes and wine (the first pages of wine here is by the bottle it looks like, with 75cl).

The beer choices aren’t too extensive. There are also Apéritifs and wine by the glass and carafe.

Spirits include whiskies and tequilas.

And if you are more in the mood for mineral water, soda or other cold or hot drink, this menu page covers those.

What do you think of the menu? I have always wanted a restaurant with French dishes at Disneyland Paris, and Brasserie Rosalie seems to fit the bill! The prices look pretty reasonable if the quality is good. We do plan to dine inside next month and also take food from the counter so we can try different items.

Look for a review from us within a couple of months!
