The Great Maple Modern American Eatery to Open This Week in Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort

The Great Maple Modern American Eatery will be opening this week in Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel (which will officially become Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort on January 30th, 2024). The Great Maple announced on its Instagram account:

Doughnut panic – but Great Maple will be opening its doors at Disneyland® Resort on November 15*! Drop a 🎉 in the comments if you’re as excited as we are. See you soon, Anaheim! *Walk-ins welcome starting November 15, reservations available starting November 21.

The Great Maple offers an all-day menu. Here is the information from the Disneyland Resort on the restaurant:

Order breakfast, lunch, dinner and craft cocktails at any time of day! Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon and Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts are just some of the tasty menu items.

As Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is being transformed into Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif., modern American eatery Great Maple will open a flagship restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. And craft cocktails—including a signature take on the old fashioned with bacon washed bourbon, and the blood orange margarita with spicy salt rim is not to be missed!
