Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort Halloween Pumpkin Display 2023 Includes Trader Sam’s, Kakamora, Stitch
Hi everyone!
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has a Cast Member Pumpkin Decorating Contest display, with some great entries – including a detailed Trader Sam’s pumpkin. We went to the resort this morning for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find this Cast Member pumpkin display!
First, here is our video of the pumpkin display at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, followed by photos.
Here are all the pumpkins. The Trader Sam’s pumpkin is toward the end and we have plenty of photos of it.
Guests can vote for the pumpkins they like the best.
Pumpkins include a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
The saucer says “Kona” on it.
Stitch is the #3 pumpkin.
Snow White is next.
Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws is the fifth pumpkin.
There is a Mickey Mouse pumpkin next to Jack.
This section of the display includes a pig with piglets, a Kakamora from “Moana”, and the Trader Sam’s pumpkin.
The Kakamora is really great too!
The pig with piglets is adorable.
Next is the Trader Sam’s pumpkin.
There is a lot of detail in this Trader Sam’s pumpkin!
The octopus is pouring rum.
There is octopus and tiki artwork.
The various drinks are noted on the base, including the Krakatoa Punch and the 5 Tiki (Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Rum). To the right, the Bar Choice.
The Nautilus and Rosita’s Margarita are also shown.
A Zombie drink is shown in art.
The Polynesian Pearl, HippopotoMai-Tai and Tahitian Torch continue the base art.
My favorite drink, the Spikey Pineapple – I like mine with an extra spikey floater. To the right, the Uh-Oa.
There is so much artwork just on the base.
Here is a look at the pumpkin from above.
This is one other side of the Trader Sam’s pumpkin. This is so well done, it was my #1 pumpkin of this display.
Pua and Hei Hei are #10.
There is an “Inside Out” themed pumpkin.
There is also a “Finding Nemo” pumpkin.
And a spooky pumpkin with Mickey ears.
We ordered Macadamia Nut Pancakes from Kona Cafe to go and enjoyed them outside. This is probably my favorite breakfast on property.
The Cast Members at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort did an incredible job with the Halloween pumpkin decorating!
We also found decorated pumpkins at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and I will post those tomorrow.
