Photos: Rosalie Brasserie in Disney Village Construction Update from September 18th, 2023 at Disneyland Paris
Hi everyone!
We are currently at Disneyland Paris, and yesterday I took some construction photos of Rosalie, the brasserie scheduled to open at Disney Village in December. Rosalie will be a family restaurant offering views over Lake Disney and is operated by Groupe Bertrand.
Here are the photos from yesterday!
First, this is concept art that shows what Rosalie will look like when complete.
Rosalie is taking the place of Café Mickey, which was here for a long time.
The wall features the concept art.
Disney has said about the restaurant, Rosalie, the new two-floor restaurant will feature 500 seats in contemporary interiors. Inspired by Parisian brasseries, it will celebrate renowned French “Art de Vivre” and classic cuisine in a modern yet elegant setting, with expanded terraces looking over Lake Disney.
When the announcement was made for Rosalie, Disney said, “In addition to table service, a counter will offer French bakery-inspired options for take away like viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches and salads, as well as a selection of products satisfying every taste and level of service. Seasonally, an outdoor terrace will welcome guests on the lake’s edge.”
The transformation of Disney Village at Disneyland Paris will be a multi-year undertaking, with the first major step being Rosalie.
We also learned yesterday that there will be a new McDonald’s restaurant, which is scheduled to open in early 2026 (the current restaurant will continue serving until that is completed).
When we have the opening date and menu for Rosalie, we will share it with you!
