Summer House on the Lake Construction Update at Disney Springs from August 20th, 2023

Hi everyone!

We were at Disney Springs yesterday and I took some photos of Summer House on the Lake, a restaurant which is being constructed pretty quickly and has glass enclosing some of it (which I first noticed last week). Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is scheduled to open this year and it looks like that will be the case.

Summer House on the Lake will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with a menu that features “garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients”. There will also be an in-house bakery, and The Cookie Jar will be a “dessert-focused market” with freshly baked cookies and house-made pastries, cocktails, wine and beer to go.

Summer House on the Lake will also offer wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and then non-alcoholic drinks. There will also be a signature Rosé Cart.

I am looking forward to the opening of Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs!

We may have another update before our fall travel, but I don’t expect to have many more before the location opens.
