Seven Dwarfs Meet and Greet Returns to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2023 (Photos, Video)
Hi everyone!
The Seven Dwarfs meet and greet has returned to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for the first time since 2018! This was always an extremely popular meet and greet and this year is no different. Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful, Sneezy and Dopey can be found in Storybook Circus.
Here are our photos and video from yesterday (August 11th – the first evening of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for 2023). In the coming days we will get information on what time they start/end and will add a few more exterior photos.
First, here is our video with the Seven Dwarfs.
We had been at a media event for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and didn’t arrive as early as we usually would during a party night. We would have usually gone to Storybook Circus at 4pm to see if we could get in line.
Instead, yesterday we arrived to Storybook Circus at 7:30 p.m. and the wait was quoted at 2 hours. It probably was more than that. So I decided to return during the fireworks since we have two more party nights. I arrived to Pete’s Silly Sideshow at 10:10 p.m.
The line was much shorter and quoted at about 40 minutes (it took an hour). I passed by the Seven Dwarfs while entering into the location.
This was the final stretch before meeting the Seven Dwarfs. There are two lines, one standby and another for the DAS Pass reservation times and so the line is longer for either than what it appears. I am glad this year that the Seven Dwarfs are inside.
The Seven Dwarfs meet and greet location is themed to the mine with jewels.
Meeting the Seven Dwarfs is worth the wait! They do not sign autographs, but there is an autograph card. Here are photos of the Seven Dwarfs and the autograph card (which you should ask for if not offered).
Here is our photo with the Seven Dwarfs.
We didn’t realize at the time that there was an autograph card, but our friend Greg at The Funatics Blog shared his photos with us to post. If you don’t receive a card, definitely ask. This is the front of the card, with the jewels.
On the back, there are signatures of each Dwarf.
Other meet and greet characters that should have autograph cards again this year are Jack & Sally and the Winnie the Pooh characters in Halloween costumes.
Thank you to Greg at The Funatics Blog for sharing photos of the Seven Dwarfs autograph cards with us!
There are certain Disney character lines that end up being very long. The Seven Dwarfs is one, and Jack and Sally is another. Elvis Stitch was pretty busy too at an hour+ each time we passed by. On the other hand, Jeff walked in to see Mickey in his Halloween outfit at Town Square Theater and had no wait.
We will be sharing more about the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party character meet and greets and much more in the coming week from the three parties we are attending!
