Wine Bar George is offering a new summer menu and a Summer Wine Experience with Master Sommelier George Miliotes (he is always a fantastic person to talk about wine). And even though the restaurant is called Wine Bar George, the food is wonderful and I am glad to see more items added for the summer.

Enjoy a memorable event with George Miliotes, one of 273 Master Sommeliers in the world, and owner of Wine Bar George at Disney Springs. Guests will learn to taste wine like a professional with a “blind” tasting of six different wines. Hear firsthand from George about his journey through the wine world and what it takes to become a Master Sommelier.

This 90 minute event is led by George in a relaxed setting on select afternoons in August. Each of the wines are hand-selected by George and vary by event. Click the link below to secure your spot.

Join Wine Bar George for an all new lunch and dinner menu this summer. Enjoy items such as Snapper Crudo, NY Strip Steak with guajillo butter and the M.C.T sandwich.
 
 
Stop by our quick service location, The Basket, for lunch and dinner bites to-go including a House-Made Hand Pie, Freshly Baked Scone with Moscato Glaze and more. Pair with more than 200 wines available by the glass, the bottle and the ounce.
 
 
Save room for dessert and try our new Rolled Pavlova. This new addition is made with white chocolate mousse, macerated berries and topped with miso caramel.
 
 
Master Sommelier George Miliotes recommends pairing with Hetzolo, 5 Puttonyos, 2010, a dessert wine from Tokaj in Hungary. Enjoy by the ounce for the perfect ending to your experience.
