Four Seasons Resort Orlando Collaborating with Disney Fine Artist Dom Corona During July (Photos)

Hi everyone!

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is collaborating with Disney Fine Art artist Dom Corona during the month of July in a big way! Corona has created twelve exclusive artwork pieces for the Four Seasons Orlando. There are also specialty beverages and food to order in the Lobby Bar, and a special ice cream in Lickety Split.

We were invited yesterday to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando to learn more about this artistic collaboration!

Entering into the lobby of the resort is where we noticed the first two Four Seasons Orlando x Dom Corona pieces of artwork. Most of the pieces (if not all) are inspired by the resort. Here, the inspiration for the right hand Mickey Mouse artwork is the iconic fireworks chandelier.

The left hand side artwork is called Topo Sole, with Mickey Mouse “basking in the glorious sunshine, relishing a day of leisure at this luxurious resort.”

Here is a closer look at Topo Luna. “Inspired by the mesmerizing firework chandelier that adorns the lobby of the Four Seasons, this piece portrays Mickey gazing skyward in awe as the night sky erupts into a spectacular display of fireworks at the Magic Kingdom”

Here is a look at the plaque that gives the information for these two stunning pieces.

A small window display features a glimpse at two more pieces of artwork, which are available in the Wardrobe boutique. There are also artist signings each weekend of July, and guests can watch Dom Corona paint.

On the artwork to the right, Mickey kisses Minnie’s hand. They are on the lovely palm pathway outside, with each wearing their Ravello character breakfast attire (Good Morning Breakfast With Goofy & His Pals). This is a wonderful character breakfast but does not run every day. Minnie’s bow is her sunglasses.

We went to the Lobby Bar to try out the special food and beverages that tie into the art theme.

The sign says “Share your pics!” and promotes Four Seasons Orlando x Dom Corona.

Our group sat outdoors. One thing I love about the Four Seasons Resort Orlando is all the outdoor spaces with seating.

We toasted the collaboration. Dom Corona held his adorable dog Nemo.

There is a special menu in addition to the standard menu for The Lobby Bar. This colorful menu says “The Artistic Palate” and there are three special food items and two specialty drinks. Artwork by Corona is featured as well.

The bottom of the menu says,

“We are thrilled to offer this special menu in partnership with Disney Fine Artist Dom Corona through the month of July. This menu is a celebration of his colorful art collection created exclusively for Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Paintings are available for purchase at the resort’s Wardrobe boutique.”

There is one alcoholic drink and one non-alcoholic as well.

The non-alcoholic version called Sparkling Citrus Symphony features lemonade, soda and agave served with “The World’s Smallest Painter’s Palette & Canvas”. ($11.00).

We also received coasters with artwork from the collection (there is one coaster design, this is the front and back).

The Painter’s Palette features Hendrick’s gin, Chef Fabrizio’s house-made limoncello, agave, and Laurent Perrier Brut with blueberry and strawberry “paints” ($20). I actually ended up with two strawberry tubes so that informs the color of the drink below.

The beverage was delicious –  refreshing but also pretty strong.

The Sculpted Kebab looked and smelled amazing. This includes a vegetable and beef skewer, oregano, garlic seasoning and harissa Greek yogurt. Since they ran out of these (so many in our group ordered them), we are planning to head back and try the dish on our own. The presentation is so nice. ($18).

We ordered the other two items, including the Gallerist’s Gazpacho ($14). This is a traditional Andalusian tomato gazpacho with a dry ice fog.

Jeff ordered the Mahi Masterpiece with peppers, garlic “paint”, and mahi mahi ceviche with plantain chips ($22.00).

We then went to Lickety Split, which features the Daisy Duck Waddle Cone this month.

Here is a look at the Daisy Duck Waddle Cone, with a bow on top.

This artwork features Daisy photographing the Daisy Duck Waddle Cone (which is what the piece is called).

Dom Corona posed with several pieces of his gorgeous artwork.

We were told the originals of many pieces are spoken for. That said, Corona can take commissions for the artwork pieces. And also, there is a bit of magic that can happen here with an Instagram story filter.

This is a really cool effect, so I recommend stopping by this area if visiting in July.

There is also artwork of Marie, which I found unexpected. She is really popular, though and a perfect fit for the Four Seasons Orlando.

Each of the pieces does have a small plaque with information.

This piece is called Positive Splash Flow.

“Once upon a sunny day at the enchanting Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Mickey Mouse embarked on a quest for ultimate relaxation. He settled into an inflatable doughnut tube, ready to let the cares of the world float away”.

Here is a look at the lazy river (and tube) that the artwork is inspired by.

This artwork is located inside Wardrobe. Minnie appears to be choosing an outfit. Her outfit looks the same as what she wears at Ravello.

Dom Corona was very gracious to take photos with us.

Here is one last look at one of the Mickey pieces in the lobby, with the fireworks chandelier at night.

It is so amazing to me that twelve pieces were created for the Four Seasons Resort Orlando x Dom Corona collection! For guests who love the Four Seasons Orlando, they may find something in the artwork that speaks to them.

I recommend visiting the Four Seasons Resort Orlando to stop by the Lobby Bar for The Artistic Palate menu, and to peruse the wonderful artwork that Dom Corona has created for the resort. This is only for the month of July 2023.

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is located at the Walt Disney World Resort. The address is 10100 Dream Tree Blvd, Lake Buena Vista.
