Disneyland Paris Pauses All New Annual Pass Sales
Hi everyone!
Disneyland Paris has paused selling new Annual Pass sales for the time being. The resort is developing a new range of Annual Passes, which has been rumored for several years and more information will be shared “later this year”. However, current Annual Passes can be used and also renewed.
We just visited Disneyland Paris to make sure we renewed our Infinity Pass, I am so glad we did. I was only concerned about a rise in prices, not a pause in sales. And really, ours weren’t even renewals – our passes had lapsed the previous week and it was actually a new purchase. From Disneyland Paris: All current Annual Pass members are eligible for an Annual Pass renewal offer for a period of 2 months prior to the expiration date shown on their Annual Passes. There is no renewal after the expiration, so keep that in mind.
Disneyland Paris shared information with us about the pause in Annual Pass sales and you can find out more about renewing in the Disneyland Paris FAQ.
The information from Disneyland Paris reads:
“Dear Annual Passholder,
We are always listening to our guests and continually strive to bring new experiences and develop new products which deliver choice, flexibility and value for our Annual Passholders.
We are currently developing a new product range based on the valuable feedback you have given us and as a result we are pausing sales of new Annual Passes. Our Annual Passes are only available to individuals who currently have a valid Annual Pass.
We look forward to sharing more with you later this year. In the meantime, you may continue to use and renew your existing Pass.
Please note that the information in this e-mail is the only information available at this time. Our contact Center will not be able to respond to any further inquiries on the changes to this program.
We look forward to seeing you soon at Disneyland Paris and we thank you for your loyalty.”

I know that this isn’t great news for many at this point. We take long trips to Disneyland Paris and if we’d let our passes lapse much further, we would have had to change our Disneyland Paris trip plans this year.
I have been pretty happy with our Disneyland Paris Infinity Pass benefits and price, and I hope whatever comes next will be priced still reasonably and offer more benefits (like 5 reservations instead of 3).
